If you register with your email and password, they will keep them for as long as you log in once a year.
If you don’t log in to your account for a year, your data is erased due to inactivity. If you were regularly using your account without issue, all of the emails should be present. Please try to pick every email that falls within a specific range.
You can access your account – and your email address, if you still have one – but not your email. Microsoft deleted the account after 90 days, then recycled the address. I’m confident that all of your previous Hotmail accounts’ data has been lost.
The simplest way to search for a document is to open the Search email box, type a term, and press Enter. For more advanced search options such as a certain folder, sender, or subject, use Filters in the Search bar.
Log in to your Hotmail account by entering the Hotmail address you want to recover into Account.live.com/acsr, then the email address that Microsoft may use to contact you. Confirm your contact email address, verify the security code, and complete the procedure on the screen.
You can simply right-click them and select “Move To,” then send them to your inbox or any other folder of your choosing. The “Restore” option that appears lets you automatically send the emails to your Inbox.
