Dish Network, a satellite television provider that is no longer carrying the channels of HBO and Showtime, announced that it will discontinue carriage of several popular channels in 2020. A list of the channels they will no longer carry include TNT, TBS, CNN, Cartoon Network and Adult Swim on March 18th 2020.In 2021 Dish Network will be dropping a total of 38 channels.

The Hopper is a digital video recorder from Dish Network. The Hopper stores live TV for up to two weeks on its internal hard drive, and can also record an entire season of a television series.
