The Rural Community

Have you wondered what it would be like to have a wide and open space with lush green surroundings, enough space for your pets and kids to play, a cool breeze hitting your face every time you step out, a place to grow your own vegetables and enough space to park your vehicles?

Well, the rural community is exactly that.

A rural community has enough space between houses which you can use to your convenience and not worry about space consumption or the rules and regulations that must and should be followed.

Since the population of these communities is less dense, the natural resources are abundant for everyone living in the community.

You are free from traffic, the noise, and the chaos of the busy world. The air is much cleaner and fresh as it is geographically located in the outskirts of the towns and cities, bringing you much closer to nature.

Now we have nature, space, and peace but certain facilities may be lacking in these Communities.

Let’s say something like a good school, the nightlife, and the wide range of job opportunities will be a luxury in the outskirts of the city.

As it is a compromise between abundant natural resources and the lack of artificial resources.

Things to consider to move into the Rural Community

If one wants to stay in the Rural Communities one can think of it from various aspects like the benefits to health, the clean air, and the fresh vegetables but also one has to keep in mind his/her family and their requirements among several other factors.

The Urban Community

Now the urban community is exactly contradicting the rural community. In urban community life, you may not see a lot of nature and greenery but there sure are a lot of options to have fun and keep yourself busy.

The urban Communities are packed with beautiful and picturesque landscapes of huge buildings and roads with various vehicles for transport. When it comes to population the urban communities have a higher population density.

People find all kinds of facilities and opportunities at their fingertips from groceries to jobs. The concept of migration emerged because of job search and urban communities are the best destination for many.

Apart from job opportunities the urban communities usually have events, parties, and a lot of other entertainment areas throughout the week and month.

Though the employment and other facilities are high when it comes to natural resources the urban population always feels they are scarce. Hence facilities like the school, the hospital etc. are available with several options to choose from unlike the rural communities, and the infrastructure in these facilities present in the community are of good quality.

Things to consider to move into the Urban Community

When one wants to have varied, high quality and multiple options of entertainment, job, schools or even healthcare urban communities prove the best option.

Also the requirements and noise tolerance of the family are to be considered while wanting to stay in an urban community. As the urban lifestyle is usually very busy and noisy for most of the day and night.

The Suburban Community

Now what if we had a community that is the best of both the rural and the urban communities?

Well there is something called the suburban community which lies between the rural and the urban community.

The sub-urban or the suburb community has a fairly less dense population compared to the urban communities while a higher population compared to the rural communities.

This community may be a small part of the city or at a commutable distance from the city. There may be some chances of having community associations usually called the House owners association (HOA) that impose certain rules and regulations on your own land which is not always a good thing. But the facilities are within reach from education to healthcare to employment opportunities. They may be just a matter of time before you can access them. While the resources like land etc. are enough for the suburb population they are neither scarce nor abundant. In the suburban community, one can enjoy the urban lifestyle during the day and be lost in the calm and beautiful surroundings of nature by evening. Of course, this comes with the price of commuting daily to and from the suburban to the urban. The suburbs usually have a very quiet environment, unlike the urban communities.

Things to consider to move into the Suburban Community

Now if one wants to stay in the sub-urban community one has to first think of whether the commute is worth it or not and of course the opportunities within and outside the community. Apart from them, a look into the insights of the requirements of the family is also to be considered.

While every community comes with its own advantages and disadvantages it is the choice and requirements of individuals and families that help us decide on which community to reside in. There are several other factors like the ROI of the land, the budget, and other external and internal factors that may affect the decision. Hence one must cond6all the factors affecting the same and choose accordingly.
