SNAP has strict rules for the people registered to use it. They give them EBT cards which enable them to buy food items in different places, but not all places. EBT stands for Electronic Benefits Transfer and can only be used by SNAP beneficiaries. It can be used to buy food items but not hot prepared meals or alcoholic drinks.  

Does Wendy’s accept SNAP Food Stamps
